Suryodev is a free, fully open-source AI product video generator created by Suhas Bhairav. It turns any reachable local or live website into a narrated, presentation-style product demo.

Instead of simply recording a website, Suryodev builds a guided story around the product's important capabilities. It captures real product screens, generates a scene plan, adds animated headlines and feature bullets, synthesizes narration, loops background music, and exports a natural-length MP4.

From URL to product story

Provide a URL such as http://localhost:3000 or a live website. Suryodev can stay on the supplied page or follow same-origin routes, controlled through CRAWL_SAME_PAGE_ONLY. A local project directory is optional and adds source context for the narrative planner.

AI planning with provider choice

Suryodev supports OpenAI and local Ollama planning. With AI_PROVIDER=auto, it uses OpenAI when an API key is available and automatically falls back to a configured Ollama vision model when OpenAI is unavailable.

Presentation-style output

Each scene combines an actual product screen with a presentation panel. The panel contains a concise capability headline and benefit-led bullets. The visual treatment adapts to the website's colors and typography, while zoomed-out capture keeps the complete screen visible.
