Every guide follows the aquarium from design to safety

Each use case is traced through all five stages of the vessel's life, then broken down part by part, with a worked example and the decisions that stay with the curator, aquatic veterinarian, or dive safety officer.

AI in the aquariums & marine wildlife centres industry: common questions

How is AI used in aquariums?

AI in aquariums reads water quality probes, life support telemetry, camera footage, husbandry records, and visitor data to flag drift, faults, and animal health problems early. It supports exhibit design, life support control, husbandry, maintenance, and dive safety, while curators, aquarists, and veterinarians keep the final decisions.

Where should an aquarium start with AI?

Start with one system that already produces data and costs money or animals when it fails, such as a life support loop, an ozone and ORP control system, a quarantine system, or the dive log. Prove it on one exhibit, then extend it across the building.

Does AI replace the curator, aquarist, or aquatic veterinarian?

No. AI watches more probes and tanks than a team can, and drafts the alert, work order, or husbandry note. Qualified people still decide on treatments, animal moves, dive plans, and anything an accreditation body or licence depends on.

Aquarium directors, curators, and life support teams bring me the problem that keeps costing them animals, closed exhibits, or inspection findings. We map it to one system you can ship.
