AI Chief of Staff is an executive operating intelligence project for CEOs, founders, CXOs, operators, and board-facing leaders. It turns scattered operating data into clearer judgment, priorities, scenarios, and board-ready communication.

The AI Chief of Staff dashboard focuses on operating posture, risk, actions, and decision support rather than generic BI charts.

What It Does

The project brings department snapshots, Slack-derived actions, historical imports, board memos, and guarded LLM recommendations into one executive workspace. The goal is not to replace leadership judgment, but to reduce the time it takes to understand what needs attention.

  • Executive Command Center: a single operating surface for cash, revenue, GTM efficiency, hiring, product health, support load, risk, and execution posture.
  • Company Digital Twin: scenario planning for questions around hiring, pricing, marketing spend, and capacity.
  • Board-ready output: structured summaries and memo-style exports for leadership communication.
  • Action intelligence: operating actions extracted from team updates and communication streams.

Why It Belongs In The AI Lab

AI Chief of Staff is now listed as a regular AI Lab project because Batuk and Bhairyam AI are the two flagship open-source products. It remains an important portfolio build that demonstrates applied AI judgment for executive workflows.
